Where to find order information, tracking, receipts and credits

You can find full details regarding your order, tracking numbers, invoices (receipts) and refunds in your account section of our website, 24 hours a day.

Logging into our site:

Login with the e-Mail address you provided at the time of purchase. If you checked out with PayPal it could be the e-mail address linked to your PayPal account.

 

Corporates: You will need to login with the e-Mail address of the sales representative who made the purchase. They will also have been e-Mailed a copy of the receipt and tracking number.


Checked out without registering an account?

If you used the Quick Checkout option on our website, you can create a login to our site by requesting a login password. Use the e-Mail address you used on our website and request a new password here.

 

When are receipts and refunds created?
Invoices are generated at 11am, 3pm and 7pm, Monday to Friday

Credits are processed at the end of the day, Monday to Friday

 

Where is my Tracking number?

Tracking numbers. We e-Mail these out on the day your screen despatches. If you missed the e-Mail, you will find the tracking number in your orders via the link above.
