We want your experience to be a good one and we want you to enjoy your new ultra glossy screen for a long time. Fitting takes around 20 minutes.

Laptop base - This is where the main board or motherboard is on your laptop. Usually one video cable connects to the main board. If this cable fails, moving the screen back and forth usually causes corruption & correction of the display.

Inverter - Inside the screen plastics, this is responsible for creating massive voltage (so work on a powered off unit!) that lights the tube in the screen called the backlight. If this fails the screen is usually dim or looks dead.
A pink and white cable - fits only one way around from the right hand corner of your screen to the inverter. The video cable - fits only one way around at both ends (laptop base and screen).
