We are always happy to answer any questions you might have regarding the replacement of your LCD Laptop screen. We prefer to speak to our customers to ensure we are supplying the correct screen for your laptop. We will jump though as many hoops as necessary to make sure you receive the correct screen.
If in doubt please telephone us and one of our advisors will be more than happy to help you. We think its rude to keep our clients waiting for a response so we try to contact you within an hour of your enquiry Monday to Friday between 10am and 6pm.
Can I get help to order the correct screen for my laptop?
Yes of course. We will ask you for the make of your laptop, the model number and the size of the screen. Usually this is enough information for us. But for some laptops that have different resolution screens fitted or have double backlights we may need to ask you for the part number from the LCD panel. We will always check these details for you.
Why am I being asked for a part number?
For some laptops we may need the part number because there may be different screens that fit your model of laptop, or you may have an unusual make of laptop. We need to supply the correct screen for your laptop as the incorrect one will not work. When you have removed the screen we will help you to find the correct part number on the back of the laptop LCD screen.
What does Resolution of the laptop lcd screen mean?
Very rarely we may need to ask you for the resolution of your laptop lcd screen. This is the horizontal and vertical size expressed in pixels (e.g., 1024x768)
Why am I being asked to confirm the make and model of my laptop?
We may ask you to confirm the make and model of your laptop if you have made an error with the size of the screen, or have provided a serial number instead of the model number of the laptop. Don’t worry we will help you to find the correct information. We are here to help you.
Will I be able to fit the screen myself?

What is the warranty on my new screen?
We offer the standard 90 day warranty on all our screens.
Do you sell second hand screens?
We do not sell second hand screens. All of our screens are brand new and supplied Ultra Glossy as standard. ( excludes a few models of laptops where only MATTE is available)
Why am I receiving a compatible screen?
For some older models of laptops the original screen may now be obsolete so we can supply a compatible screen of the same quality that will work perfectly in your laptop.
Can I have the screen delivered to my work address?
Of course you can! We can deliver to any address that you like!
When will my screen arrive?
If your screen is ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday the screen will be delivered to you next working day (including Saturdays) before 1pm.
(This does not apply if we are sending the screen abroad) We send the screens out Special Delivery and occasionally use Interlink.
We cannot accept responsibility for screens that may be delayed with the Royal Mail, for example over the Christmas period.
Can my screen be delivered on a Saturday?
At this present time due to Royal Mail strike action we are unable to offer a Saturday delivery service for the United Kingdom, this will be reviewed in the next quarter.
Does the screen need to be signed for?
Yes, we always need a signature when delivering the laptop LCD screen to you.
How to I pay for the screen?
We will take a credit or debit card number over the telephone and confirm your order has been processed. Alternatively you can pay by PayPal.
Will I get confirmation of my order?
You will receive an invoice for your purchase at the end of the day.
How do I measure my screen?
To determine the size of your laptop LCD screen measure the screen diagonally using the viewable screen only.
How do I order a new laptop LCD screen?
Its easy! You can make an enquiry on our website and we will either telephone or email you with the cost of the screen. Alternatively you can telephone us for a price. Once you are happy to go ahead with the order we will take the delivery address for the screen, the address where your credit or debit card is registered and your card number. Your order is processed immediately. Its as simple as that!
Can the screen be posted abroad?
Yes, we can post the screen to certain countries. Please telephone for further information or refer to our terms and conditions. Postage costs vary, depending on where the screen is to be delivered to.
