Our laptop screens


We're extremely careful, each order is hand checked and we will contact you if we see a potential problem with your order.

Q. Do you replace laptop screens? A. We do not offer a replacement service.
Q. Are the screens new? A. Yes, we sell only brand new products.
Q. Are your screens genuine? A. We purchase the same compatible screens the laptop makers use.
Q. What part number will you send? A. We can't guarantee any particular part number, find out why.
Q. What is the warranty period? A. Our warranty is 2 years, return to base. See our terms.
Q. What is your defect policy? A. All screens are warranted against manufacturing defects.
Q. What is your dead pixel policy? A. Please read our dead pixel policy.
Q. Why do you have a pixel policy? A. Because we cannot buy screens with no dead pixels.
Q. Do you supply inverters? A. We only supply laptop screens, look here.



Delivery


We use the Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Pre 1 (includes Saturdays) service for up to two screens to the UK. 1-2 items to Europe are sent via Royal Mail Airsure. Multiple items are sent out via courier services on a next business day UK service. European items take between 2 and 6 business days depending on your location. Packaging is extremely robust. We supply brand new screens. They are in UK stock now and are sourced directly from the OEM (original equipment) manufacturers in the far east.

We accept most credit and debit cards and accept PayPal on our website and most card types by telephone. CHAPS payments can be arranges by request. We also offer discounts to trade clients, wholesale laptop screens an VAT exemption for European business buyers. Government and education can purchase laptop screens via a purchase order and pay on 30 day credit terms.

Questions about returns


All items can be returned if unwanted or purchased in error within 14 days of delivery, or for a full 2 years for warranty inspection.

Q. Is there a restocking fee for unwanted items? A. There is no restocking fee. Terms apply.
Q. How do warranty returns work? A. We test and replace items free of charge. Terms apply.
Q. What if I order the wrong screen? A. You can return it to us for refund with no penalty.
Q. What if you despatch the wrong screen? A. We replace the item quickly at our cost.
