| What if the screen is not right? |

If the mistake is ours we arrange super fast collection and replacement of the incorrect screen, (includes any postage costs*).
If you make a mistake on our site don't worry just talk to us and arrange a return and refund (ex. postage costs) of the incorrect screen and the re purchase of the correct one. If in doubt just ask.
* England, Scotland and Wales Only, outside of mainland UK you need to obtain a returns authorisation from us by emailing us. |

| Is the replacement screen a genuine part? |
|
Genuine, new and the exact branded part the manufacturer will fit to your laptop. We may send a different variation of your model or a compatible screen if your screen is not currently available, however the specification will be as good or better. |

| Will the screen be matte or glossy? |
|
Unless we or you specify otherwise we will ship the higher quality gloss finish screen. |

Yes, we offer completely free technical help before and after your purchase. |

| Will you fit the screen for me? |
|
As 99% of our customers so far have fitted the screens themselves, we do not offer a fitting service but you can if you would prefer, take the screen from us at a great price along with your laptop to a local repair shop and still save money! |

| Will it be sent securely and insured? |
|
Yes, the screens are well packed in foam, insured and sent in extremely strong packaging. |

| Can I collect the screen from you? |
|
Your screen may ship from one of two warehouses and as such we are unable at this time to provide a trade or retail parts counter for collections. |

If you do not want the product for any reason within 7 days we will accept it back for a full refund. No restocking fees apply. Note we do not refund the postage cost. |
