2. How We Collect Your Personal Information

We collect your information when you decide to interact with us. This could include making enquiries with us whereby we would collect your name and email address in able to respond to you, and making orders online.

We are required by UK law, for tax purposes to hold your receipt for seven years. This means we will store your Name, Company Name, Telephone Number(s), e-Mail address, Billing Address and Shipping Address, plus the product you ordered and the postage service for at least seven tax years. We may store these in electronic and / or hard copy.

Hard copy invoices are shredded after 7 financial years and electronic copies are destroyed.
