This Matte IPS LED replacement Desktop/AIO panel is fully compatible with the DELL OPTIPLEX 5490 AIO ALL IN ONE 23.8" FULL HD Monitor that has a 1920X1080 maximum resolution. This product is not for touchscreen devices, this raw LCD panel does not include any touchscreen parts.
