Invoices are e-Mailed to the e-mail address you gave us when you purchased your screen. We send them out at 11am, 3pm and 7pm, Monday to Friday. If you missed it, it could be in your Spam or Junk folder. Outlook/Hotmail users may need to add
[email protected] to their safe senders list. Alternatively you can download your invoice from your account section on this website
here.
We e-Mail refund receipts, to you at the end of the day the refund has been made to you. We only send them Monday to Friday at the end of the working day. If you haven't seen it, it's probably sitting in a Spam or Junk folder in your e-Mail system. Outlook/Hotmail users may need to add
[email protected] to their safe senders list. Alternatively you can download your refund receipt from your account

at this page and one of our accounts people will come back to you within 1 business day.
We emailed it to you at the time you paid for your order. If you have not seen it, check your JUNK or SPAM folders. Outlook/Hotmail users may need to add

in your account here. Once we have generated your invoice, it will also be available there to download (we also email them to you), but these are generated by hand, and not immmediately downloadable.

No problem! You can simply login to view your order where it can be modified or cancelled.
If you checked out without creating an account, you can still access these details by requesting a password from the login page, using the email address you provided to us for the order.
Cancel/Edit An Order.
Orders can only be cancelled up until the point they are despatched. After this you will need to view our returns procedure and send the item back to us for refund, or refuse the delivery in which case it will automatically be sent back to us and refunded.
