Delivery Options for Replacement Screens
Shipping options vary depending on destination, account type, quantity and product size. We use courier services suitable for fragile replacement display panels.
Fast EU Shipping
After negotiations with two courier partners, we now offer fast EU delivery with UPS and Royal Mail. The courier shown depends on location, account type and product quantity.

EU VAT and Import Charges
UK VAT is removed automatically at checkout for orders delivered to an EU member state or the Channel Islands. Import VAT, any applicable customs duty, and courier customs-clearance or administration fees may apply instead.
- For Germany and Denmark, estimated import charges are collected at checkout from June 2026, so there is nothing further to pay to the courier on arrival in respect of those charges
- For other EU destinations, import charges are payable directly to the courier or relevant authority before or upon delivery
- Import charges are not refundable by us once paid, incurred or remitted, whether collected at checkout or paid directly to the courier
- Any application to recover import charges must be made directly to the courier or relevant tax or customs authority

Our packing process is designed around the specific risks of shipping replacement LCD, LED, OLED and touchscreen panels.
Packaging
Screens are sent in strong protective packaging to help prevent damage during transport.
- Standard packaging for 1-2 screens is approximately 44 x 36 x 7.5cm
- Larger orders may be sent in larger boxes
- Very small screens under 12 inches may use smaller packaging
- Delicate screens are sent in reinforced packaging where required
Plain label shipping
Plain label or drop ship delivery is available to trade customers in the UK only.
