A cracked or broken laptop screen can be a source of great frustration. Though daunting at first, however, laptop screen replacement is far easier than you might think. In fact, in replacing your broken Acer Aspire One A0751h screen yourself, you could save valuable time and money. Below, we provide step by step instructions, (and a list of helpful resources and videos,) to help guide you though the Acer Aspire One screen replacement process.
Acer Aspire One AO751h screen replacement
Step one
Unplug your laptop from any, (and all,) power sources and remove the battery. You should also remove the battery and ensure that you have disconnected any, (and all,) peripheral devices, (such as memory sticks, hard rives and/or speakers.) When you're ready to begin, use your fingers or a flat-edged implement, (such as a debit card or a guitar plectrum,) to prose the aesthetic covers, (used to disguise the screws,) off of the front bezel. Once you have removed (and set aside,) the aesthetic covers, remove the screws hidden underneath and, set them aside safely. When you are sure that you have located, (and removed,) all of the screws holding the front bezel in place, use your fingers to work the bezel way from the rest of the screen casing. Firmly, (but gently,) apply pressure, working each edge of the front bezel off. When you are convinced that you have loosened the front bezel sufficiently, remove it from the laptop and, set it aside safely.

Step two
You should see the broken Acer Aspire One A0751h screen sitting in a metal holding frame. On each side of the damaged display there are two screws. Remove these screws and, set them aside safely. Once you've done that, hold onto the top of the screen and pull it slightly towards you. You should see a cable running from the back of the screen to the laptop's web camera. Disconnect this cable. Once you've disconnected the web camera cable, pull the broken Acer Aspire one A0751h screen forwards and lay it to rest, face down, on the keyboard in front. On the back of the screen, you should see a thick cable attached to a golden connector. Remove the cable from the connector, (peeling back any strips of adhesive, if necessary.)

You should now be able to lift the broken Acer Aspire One A0751h away from your laptop. To replace your old display with a newly bought replacement, simply perform the above instructions in reverse. It's really that simple!
