Step one
Turn off your laptop, remve the battery and, unplug the machine from the mains power. Next, unplug any, (and all,) peripheral devices, (such as memory sticks and/or speakers.) Then, use your fingers r a flat edged implement, (a guitar plectrum, debit card or razor,) to prse the front bezel away from the rest of the screen casing. Work your way around each edge of the broken screen, easing the front bezel away from the machine.
Step two
Remove the screws, (four in total,) used to hold the broken screen in place.
Step three
Carefully take hold of the top of the broken screen and, gently pull it towards you, laying it to rest, face down, on the keyboard in front.
Step four
Disconnect the thick cable attached to the back of the broken screen.
Step five
Lift the broken screen free from the machine. To fit your replacement Samsung Ativ Book 4 NP470RSE screen, simply follow the above instructions in reverse order.
