In the UK we can deliver your screen the next day by 1pm (including Saturdays*), if we receive your order before 2pm (Monday to Friday). Friday orders are delivered on Saturday by 1pm at no extra cost. On the product pages, we give the next, fastest UK delivery day. This is also confirmed at the end of the checkout process, when you buy the screen.
We also offer a cheaper UK Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, which usually takes 2 business days, however this is not guaranteed.
For European orders this varies greatly depending on your location. Every country has different delivery times depending on the location inside the country. More remote places will take longer. EU delivery can be as quick as 4 business days or as long as 15 business days.

I paid for next day UK delivery and it hasn't turned up!
Special Delivery Guaranteed Next by 1pm items are delivered up until 1pm the following day of your order. This includes Saturday* delivery for orders placed Friday up until 2pm.
We must have received your order by 2pm for a next day by 1pm delivery, otherwise your item will ship the next business day. In any case the website will inform you of your delivery day if you use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service.
Please check your tracking number, which we e-Mailed to you at 4pm on the day of despatch. If you don't see the e-Mail, it maybe that your order came in after 2pm and we have not despatched it yet. If you cannot find your tracking number it may be in a Junk or Spam folder. The tracking number will give you information about the package.
Get My Tracking Number OnlineMost often delivery has been attempted and the customer missed the postman for whatever reason. In this case, you can choose a redelivery day, or pick the item up from your local Royal Mail sorting office (with some ID). You need to let the Royal Mail know what you decide to do via the options on the tracking link we sent you.

UK:Using the tracking information we have provided you, you will need to contact the carrier as quickly as possible, before the item is returned to us. For the UK, the Royal Mail should have left a card for you, if they have not, you can arrange redelivery using the link we sent you by email. Your options are usually to have the package redelivered to the original address, a new address, or to pick the package up yourself (with some ID), from your local sorting office.
Resending your returned item (UK ONLY)We can resend your returned item, which will incur an additional postage cost which we will ask you to pay. For this reason we recommend you place a new order, as all returned orders to us will be automatically refunded in full, including the postage you paid to send it to you. In this way, this works out cheaper for you.
Europe:For Europe, you usually contact your local postal service (e.g. Post Nord, La-Poste, Correos, Poste-italiane, etc), using the tracking number provided in your account on this website. We use DHL for Europe. They work with the postal service in the destination country.
This tracking site may provide more details as to where the package is
http://parcelsapp.com/en/carriers/deutsche-post. If you are quick, you maybe able to retrieve the package from the local postal service, if not the package will be sent back to us. You'll need to move quickly as packages are returned to the UK quite quickly and you'll be charged postage again if you want us to resend it.
If we shipped your order by UPS, then you will be able to fully handle the missed package via the UPS website, as UPS do not use any 3rd party and handle the package all the way to the destination.
If you cannot find your tracking information, it may be sitting in a Spam or Junk folder. We e-Mail it out the afternoon we send the item (Monday - Friday).
Resending your package if it is returned to the UK:Once it arrives back with us, we will issue you a full refund including the payment you made for the postage to send it to you. Because of new EU TAX laws, it's not possible to send it back to you without a payment and a new invoice, otherwise it will cause delays and high taxes when it arrives at your border control. We advise you to place a new order in this case.

No problem! You can simply login to view your order where it can be modified or cancelled.
If you checked out without creating an account, you can still access these details by requesting a password from the login page, using the email address you provided to us for the order.
View/Edit An Order.
If the item has been despatched and has a tracking number, we cannot change the delivery address once the item has left us.
If the item has despatched to a non existent or incomplete address, it will automatically be returned to us and refunded.
If the item has been despatched to a wrong address, you will need to make arrangements with the recipeint to either refuse, or return the product to us. More information about returns can be found

Items that are undeliverable, for whatever reason, will be returned to us. Even if you think the address is correct, if the carrier is unable to identify the address, the item will be returned to us. There is nothing we can do, once the package has left us.
Packages that are returned to us by the courier are always refunded in full, including the original postage cost you paid.
If you want to make a new order, we strongly advise using a different address if possible to avoid furher delivery issues.
Unfortunately, as already said, once the item is in transit, we are unable to help, as items cannot be redirected, or delivery attempted again, once a delivery failure has occurred.
We operate an extremely efficient logistics service, which is why people love us. Orders are processed very quickly and our despatch is continuously running, with Royal Mail collections happening several times a day. Because of this, it is unlikely that we will be able to change the delivery type once an order is placed.

Packages by DHL to Europe. There are 3 Steps to Delivery:
1) The package is handled by DHL Deutsch Post from our warehouse in London, via air to the destination country.
2) The package is subject to customs, and at this point, you may be required to pay import tax before the package is released.
3) The package clears customs and is delivered by the local postal service.
During stage 1, there may be no more tracking updates for several days until the package is processed at the destination border.
During stages 2 and 3, the package is being handled by your local postal service. To find out an accurate status update, we recommend you contact the local postal delivery network using the tracking number we have provided by email to you and also that is available to view in your account on our website.
