Tracking numbers are e-Mailed at 4pm the day your screen is despatched. We despatch Monday to Friday. We sent the tracking details to the e-Mail address you gave us when you purchased your screen. If you have not seen the e-Mail please check your Junk or Spam folders. Outlook/Hotmail users may need to add
[email protected] to their safe senders list.
You can also view your tracking details in the
orders section of your account.

For all UK orders, tracking numbers will not update until the evening of the day of despatch. There is no particular delivery day for the Tracked 48 service, it should be 2 business days, however it can take longer
Items to the EU
Orders by DHL may not show tracking updates for 2 business days after posting. This is because the items are not scanned again until they arrive at the DHL EU sorting centre in Frankfurt.
UPS. Orders sent by UPS to the EU will usually be trackable within 24 hours.
We despatch Monday to Friday only.
Our products are sourced from ASIA and sent from London, UK. Items sent via DHL may show the origin of the product as Frankfurt, Germany, this is because DHL use a mail sorting centre in Frankfurt, however all our products are sent from London, UK.
Orders of 3 screens or more will be handled by next day courier, usually UPS. UPS will deliver Monday to Friday, on a next business day service.
The Royal Mail will usually not deliver to businesses that are closed on Saturdays, and will defer the delivery to the following Monday.
In all cases please see your tracking information for updates.
The Royal Mail may not deliver to schools during school holidays when they are closed, and may instead decide to hold packages at the local sorting office for collection. Please check your tracking information for updates regarding your package outside of school opening seasons.
Usually, items are not delivered to schools during the weekends and delivery will be deferred until the following Monday.

Packages by DHL to Europe. There are 3 Steps to Delivery:
1) The package is handled by DHL Deutsch Post from our warehouse in London, via air to the destination country.
2) The package is subject to customs, and at this point, you may be required to pay import tax before the package is released.
3) The package clears customs and is delivered by the local postal service.
During stage 1, there may be no more tracking updates for several days until the package is processed at the destination border.
During stages 2 and 3, the package is being handled by your local postal service. To find out an accurate status update, we recommend you contact the local postal delivery network using the tracking number we have provided by email to you and also that is available to view in your account on our website.
