No problem! You can simply login to view your order where it can be modified or cancelled.

If you checked out without creating an account, you can still access these details by requesting a password from the login page, using the email address you provided to us for the order.

If the item has been despatched and has a tracking number, we cannot change the delivery address once the item has left us.

If the item has despatched to a non existent or incomplete address, it will automatically be returned to us and refunded.

If the item has been despatched to a wrong address, you will need to make arrangements with the recipeint to either refuse, or return the product to us. More information about returns can be found here
