How to replace a Dell Inspiron N5010 screen
Step one
Before doing anything else, unplug your laptop from the mains power and remove the battery. You should also make sure that you have disconnected any, (and all,) peripheral devices, (eg. speakers and memory sticks.) Next, use your fingers, a flat edged implement, (a debit card, guitar plectrum, or razor,) to prise the front bezel away from the laptop. Work your way around each edge of the bezel, freeing it from the rest of the screen casing. When you are quite sure that you have loosened the front bezel sufficiently, remove it from the laptop and, set it aside safely.

Step two
Having removed, (and set aside,) the front bezel, you should see the broken Dell Inspiron N5010 screen being held in place by a number of screws. Remove the two screws found in the top corners of the damaged display and loosen, (but do not entirely rmeove,) the screws attached to the laptop hinges.

Step three
Pull the top of the broken screen slightly towards you, proceeding to disconnect the cable running from the top of the laptop screen to the web cam. Next, remove the screws, (four in total,) found on each side of the broken screen, Once oyu've doen that, pull the display towards you, laying it to rest, face down, on the keyboard in front, On the back of the screen you should see a thick cable attached to a gold connector. Disconnect this cable, (peeling back any strips of adhesive if necessary.)
Step four
You should now be able to remove the broken Dell Inspiron N5010 screen from your machine, To fit your newly bought replacement screen, all you need to do is complete the instructions, (as outlined above) in reverse. It's really that simple!
