We only deliver to the
following locations. If your destination is not listed, we do not currently ship there. Please do not ask us about shipping to locations we do not list
here.
We do not ship to Africa, the Americas, the Middle-East, Russia, Asia or Australasia.
This does not affect Switzerland, Norway or other EU destinations.
In the UK, we can deliver your screen the next day by 1pm, including Saturdays*, if you place your order before 2pm, Monday-Friday. The website will advise you of the next delivery day, on the product pages, and confirm this at the last stages of the checkout.
We also offer Royal Mail Tracked 48™, which is cheaper, and usually takes 2 business days, however this is not guaranteed.
For Europe, it's usually 5-15 business days, but it really depends on the country and location, within the country. For wholesale orders, we offer a faster UPS service.

All items are in UK stock.
For the UK we offer a next day by 1pm service which includes Saturdays*. This is a guanrateed service by Royal Mail, with compensation in the form of a postage refund if the package is late.

Can I come and collect my screen?
To keep our prices low, we do not operate a shop. Unfortunately, for insurance and safety reasons, we cannot allow access to our warehouse. Because of this, we only offer a postal service. We can however, deliver as fast as tomorrow morning, if you order before 2pm today (excludes Sunday delivery).

We won't include any documents in the box when we send the products out, unless the products are going to countries outside of the EU, but inside Europe, like, Switzerland or Norway. To these destinations we have to include an invoice on the box, for export outside of the EU. For all other destinations, you don't need to worry about your client finding out who supplied the product(s). All documentation is sent electronically and available for download in
your account.
Plain Label
We can also remove our company name and return address from the label on the outside of the box.
To do this you'll need a trade account. Once you have registered your trade account on our website, you can enable drop shipping from your account home page.

Post Brexit here it is business as usual. The only difference is that we now remove UK VAT (Tax) from orders automatically, that are shipped outside of the UK. You may be required to pay import tax when the item arrives in your country. If you are a business this can be claimed back through your taxation system. Here is some
