All customers in the EU, buying screens that are delivered to the EU, will not pay UK VAT. For customers in non EU countries within Europe such as Switzerland or Norway, we will automatically remove VAT as well, and add your receipt to the outside of the box.

For the UK Channel Islands the website will automatically remove VAT.

There is no need to pre-register, the website will automatically remove UK VAT at the checkout.

All screen suppliers must work with compatible screen models. In fact, even your original screen is a compatible model. Your computer will take various brands and models of screens, as the manufacturer, like us, will have had to use available parts at the time of assembly of your computer. For this reason we say 'compatible with AUO', 'compatible with LG', 'compatible with Samsung', etc) our product descriptions, and we talk in more depth about it here. The article explains in depth why manufacturers, and screen suppliers use different parts for the same computer.

If we are offering a part for sale, the part we send will have been tested for compatibility. There are some rare occasions whereby compatibility issues can occur, we talk more about that in our Post-Sales support help, where we offer solutions to these issues.

If you are specifically looking for an exact part code of screen:

For reasons already explained, we cannot guarantee any particular part code. This is due to the amount of stock we hold, (over a quarter of a million part codes), and the volume of screens we despatch. We may send you the exact part code you ordered, a variation of that model from the same manufacturer, or a different brand of screen - depending on market availability. Please don't ask us for specifics about which part code we are sending as we are unable to reply to these enquiries.

If you need to generate your own purchase order, to make a purchase from us, you can simply enter this number into the company name field when you order. At the checkout, you can specify a billing, and delivery address. You can use either the same information for both billing and delivery, or enter a different billing and delivery address.

If you are using our stock inventory to send products to your own clients, you can add your clients PO number to the company name field, of the shipping address. We won't include any documents in the box when we send the products out, so you don't need to worry about your client finding out who supplied the product(s). All documentation is sent electronically and available for download in your account.

For these countries, we will automatically remove VAT / Tax at the checkout, and we will put the receipt (invoice) on the outside of the box. This will enable you to receive the product quickly, without delays at customs.

You'll pay tax to receive the product when it enters your country, but you won't have paid UK tax.

Please don't ask us to falsify the totals on the invoice, to reduce your tax liability, as we are unable to do this.

For these two Channel Islands, we will automatically remove VAT / Tax at the checkout, provided the billing and delivery address, both have postcodes for one of these places.

Our screens are all in UK stock and can be delivered the following morning, if you order before 2PM, Monday to Friday. We even deliver Saturday morning at no extra cost.

If the item is in stock there will be a price, Add To Cart button, and delivery information on the product page.

There are two ways to use our website. You can either drill-down through categories of computer models, (better if you are unsure which model of laptop or tablet you have, because you can compare the model numbers on our site, to the numbers on your computer). You can also browse LCD part codes (if you have already removed your screen), or you can use the search at the top of every page.

If you cannot find the product you need, the best thing to do, is remove your old screen, and search our website for the screen part code. Here is a generic video that shows you how to remove a screen. You may find a more specific one, for your laptop (or tablet), on YouTube. Just search YouTube for '[your laptop brand an model] screen replacement'.

Here is some help for you, in identifying the screen model number (part code), once you have removed the screen.

If you find your screen, but it shows as out of stock, we are unable to help you as items cannot be ordered on an individual basis.

The only exception to this is where we sell the Full Lid or Assembly, which may come as a complete lid with plastics and cables, we will say this in the product title if this is the case.
